These are great ideas! Overall, I would like to see Tustin have energy use and sourcing goals (both for the city and for public facilities), plans to transition to renewable energy, and plans to mitigate natural disasters and other effects of climate change (especially fires). That means we could broaden the scope of the Conservation/Open Space/Recreation Element of the general plan and consider climate and energy in other elements of the City's planning, including Land Use, Housing, Circulation, Public Safety, and Growth Management.
