1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - FEBRUARY 25, 2020

RECOMMENDATION:

That the Planning Commission approve the Minutes of the February 25, 2020 Planning Commission meeting, as provided.

2. GENERAL PLAN CONFORMITY DETERMINATION

APPLICANT / PROPERTY OWNER: City of Tustin, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, CA 92780

LOCATION: 11-acre parcel adjacent to State Route 55, North of Valencia Avenue

ENVIRONMENTAL:

General Plan Conformity Determinations required by Government Code Section 65402 are not "projects" requiring environmental review pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
