3. PUBLIC ART PROJECTS – CREATIVE SIGNALS PROGRAM At their July 21, 2021, meeting, the Public Art Committee approved two Creative Signals wrap designs by the Tustin Area Council for Fine Arts for traffic signal cabinets at the corners of Sixth and El Camino Real and B Street and First Street.

4. PUBLIC ART PROJECT – BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB MURAL At their July 21, 2021, meeting, the Public Art Committee approved the design and partial funding for a wall mural on the side of the Boys and Girls Club of Tustin building.
