1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP) 2025-0021 (WESTCLIFF UNIVERSITY)

APPLICANT: Matthew Hubbs of Westcliff University

LOCATION:15101 Red Hill Avenue

REQUEST:

A request to establish a master sign plan for Westcliff University, a professional (law) school at 15101 Red Hill Avenue, with deviations from the Tustin City Code.

ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW:

This project is Categorically Exempt pursuant to Section 15301 (Class 1) of the California Code of Regulations (Guidelines for the California Environmental Quality Act).

RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends that the Zoning Administrator adopt ZAA 26-002 approving CUP 2025-0021 to approve a Master Sign Plan with deviations from the Tustin City Code for Westcliff University, a professional (law) school, located at 15101 Red Hill Avenue.
