Resolution No. 4530 recommends that the City Council deny Specific Plan Amendment 2024-0004 to amend the Downtown Commercial Core Specific Plan applicable to the Wellington Plaza office complex, such that the denial would continue to authorize a variety of land uses within the existing buildings located at 505-515 E. First Street, provided they meet applicable development standards.
