That the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. 4529, finding the proposed FY 2025-2026 Capital Improvement Program in conformance with the General Plan pursuant to Section 65401 of the California Government Code.

Under Section 65401 of the California Government Code, the Planning Commission is to review the list of proposed Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects recommended for planning, initiation, or construction during the ensuing year, and report to the City Council as to conformity with the General Plan. The City Council will soon be adopting the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 budget and appropriate funding for the ensuing year's CIP projects. There are new projects proposed in this year's CIP, and carry-over projects from the current year.
