REQUEST: The applicant is requesting authorization to sell beer and wine for on-site consumption (Type 41 ABC License) in conjunction with an existing restaurant. The restaurant, "Mama Lu's", is located within, and an amenity for, a wholesale grocery store.

ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action (ZAA) 24-011, approving CUP 2024-0013 to authorize a Type 41 ABC license (sales of beer and wine for on-site consumption) in conjunction with a proposed restaurant located at 17662 Seventeenth Street.
