1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP) 2023-0024

APPLICANT: Xinze Zhang, Shaki Shima Japanese BBQ T.I. Restaurant

LOCATION: 2493 Park Avenue

REQUEST:

A request to allow on-site sales and consumption of beer, wine, and distilled spirits (Type 47 ABC license) in conjunction with a restaurant.

ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW:

This project is Categorically Exempt (Class 1) pursuant to Section 15301 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).

RECOMMENDATION:

That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action (ZAA) 24-004 approving CUP 2023-0024 to authorize the sale of beer, wine, and distilled spirits (Type 47) in conjunction with a proposed restaurant at 2493 Park Avenue.
