ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW:

This project is categorically exempt from CEQA pursuant to Section 15301 (Class 1, Existing Facilities) of the State CEQA guidelines.

RECOMMENDATION:

That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action (ZAA) 24-002 approving CUP 2023-0019 to authorize the upgrade of an existing Type 20 ABC license to Type 21 (sale of beer, wine, and distilled spirits for off-site consumption) in conjunction with an existing convenience store.
