1. APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES - JULY 25, 2023

RECOMMENDATION:

That the Planning Commission approve the Minutes of the July 25, 2023 Planning Commission special meeting, as provided.

REGULAR BUSINESS:

2. EL CAMINO REAL PARKLET AND MAIN STREET IMPROVEMENTS

Staff will provide a presentation regarding El Camino Real Parklet and Main Street Improvements.

RECOMMENDATION:
