8. CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTING 2022 The Community Services Commission’s Strategic Priorities include increasing the presence of the Commission in the community. In furtherance of this priority, staff recommends that the Community Services Commission discuss and consider options for participation in the Christmas Tree Lighting event on Friday, December 9, 2022.

9. CPRS CONFERENCE The 2023 California Parks and Recreation Society (CPRS) Conference and Expo will be held April 3-6, 2023, in San Diego, California. Funding for the Community Services Commissioners to attend the conference has been included in the FY 2022-2023 Operating Budget.
