9. COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION STRATEGIC PLAN – PARK AND FACILITY TOUR Each year the Community Services Commission tours the City of Tustin parks and facilities to assist staff with updating future Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) and develop priority lists for submittal to the City Council for consideration of funding.

10. PIONEER ROAD PARK PLAYGROUND RENOVATION CONCEPTS The next project in the Community Services Commission’s Seven-Year CIP Priority List is the Pioneer Road Park Playground Renovation. The Commission will recommend the preferred design for the playground equipment. Three playground manufacturers have provided a concept for Commission’s review and comment.
