1. APPROVAL OF THE MARCH 16, 2022, REGULAR MEETING MINUTES

2. APPROVAL OF THE APRIL 6, 2022, SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

3. COMMUNICATION AND CORRESPONDENCE Correspondence received on behalf of the Commission during the month of April.

4. FINDINGS REQUIRED BY AB 361 FOR THE CONTINUED USE OF TELECONFERENCING FOR MEETINGS In order for the Commission to continue to have the option to meet via teleconference during the pandemic, AB 361 required the Commission to make specified findings at least every thirty (30) days.

a. A state of emergency has been proclaimed by California’s Governor due to the COVID-19 pandemic and continues in effect; and

b. The Commission has reconsidered the circumstances of the state of emergency; and

c. State and local officials continue to recommend measures to promote social distancing to slow the spread of COVID-19.

5. CITY OF TUSTIN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT – YEAR IN REVIEW 2021 Staff will provide the Commissioners a Year in Review Report 2021, prepared by the Community Development Department, regarding citywide building, planning, and development activities in the city of Tustin.

6. PARKS AND RECREATION ANNUAL REPORT Attached is the Annual Report for January through December 2021.
