CONSENT CALENDAR

1. APPROVAL OF THE APRIL 20, 2022, REGULAR MEETING MINUTES

2. GIFTED PUBLIC ART There was no gifted public art received on behalf of the Committee during the month of May.

3. COMMUNICATION AND CORRESPONDENCE There was no correspondence received on behalf of the Committee during the month of May.

4. FINDINGS REQUIRED BY AB 361 FOR THE CONTINUED USE OF TELECONFERENCING FOR MEETINGS In order for the Committee to continue to have the option to meet via teleconference during the pandemic, AB 361 required the Committee to make specified findings at least every thirty (30) days.

a. A state of emergency has been proclaimed by California’s Governor due to the COVID-19 pandemic and continues in effect; and

b. The Committee has reconsidered the circumstances of the state of emergency; and

c. State and local officials continue to recommend measures to promote social distancing to slow the spread of COVID-19.

REGULAR BUSINESS

5. SUMMER EVENT PARTICIPATION The Public Art Committee will consider their options for participation in the 2022 Summer Events, specifically Concerts in the Park and Movies in the Park.

6. SCULPTURE WALK AT TUSTIN LEGACY LINEAR PARK The Public Art Committee is engaged in the development of a sculpture-based public art project at Tustin Legacy Park.

7. MOSAIC TILE MURAL AT FRONTIER PARK Staff will provide an approximate timeline for the implementation of the Mosaic Tile Mural project at Frontier Park for the 2022-2023 Fiscal Year.
