1. APPROVAL OF THE SEPTEMBER 15, 2021, REGULAR MEETING MINUTES

2. COMMUNICATION AND CORRESPONDENCE Correspondence received on behalf of the Committee during the month of October.

3. GIFTED PUBLIC ART There was no gifted public art received on behalf of the Committee during the month of October.

4. RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS REQUIRED FOR THE USE OF TELECONFERENCING IN COMPLIANCE WITH ASSEMBLY BILL 361 FOR MEETINGS OF THE TUSTIN PUBLIC ART COMMITTEE Consider adoption of Resolution No. 21-95 to make findings that would be required for the Public Art Committee, or individual members of the Public Art Committee, to use teleconferencing during Committee meetings, as required by recently enacted Assembly Bill 361.

REGULAR BUSINESS

5. DRAFT CALL FOR ARTISTS – PIONEER ROAD PARK SEAT WALL MURAL PROJECT The Public Art Committee Meeting decided at their September 15, 2021, meeting to proceed with a public art mural project at Pioneer Road Park. To move the project forward, and for discussion purposes, staff has drafted a Call for Artists for review, that would be used to solicit and select artists for the wall mural public art project.

6. PUBLIC ART COMMITTEE INFORMATION SHEET At previous Public Art Committee meetings, the Committee requested an information sheet to provide to businesses for potential donations and to hand out at City events.

7. SCULPTURE WALK AT TUSTIN LEGACY LINEAR PARK The Public Art Committee will continue discussions on the details of a sculpture walk public art project at Tustin Legacy Park.
