1. APPROVAL OF THE SEPTEMBER 22, 2021, SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
2. COMMUNICATION AND CORRESPONDENCE Information received on behalf of the Commission during the month of October.
3. RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS REQUIRED FOR THE USE OF TELECONFERENCING IN COMPLIANCE WITH ASSEMBLY BILL 361 FOR MEETINGS OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION Consider adoption of Resolution No. 21-94 to make findings that would be required for the Community Services Commission, or individual members of the Community Services Commission, to use teleconferencing during Commission meetings, as required by recently enacted Assembly Bill 361.
REGULAR BUSINESS
4. PUBLIC ART PROJECT – BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB WALL MURAL At their July 21, 2021, meeting, the Public Art Committee approved the design and partial funding for a wall mural on the side of the Boys and Girls Club of Tustin building.
5. 2021 PARK TOUR - PARK & FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS SUMMARY Commissioners will receive the 2021 Park Tour Improvements Summary developed after their September 22nd Park Tour. The suggested improvements will be considered at their FY 2022-2023 Parks CIP Review Workshop.
6. COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION STRATEGIC PLAN – INCREASE COMMISSION PRESENCE – HALLOWEEN HOWL The Community Services Commission’s Strategic Priorities include increasing the presence of the Commission in the Community. In furtherance of this priority, it is recommended that the Commission participate in the Halloween Howl.
7. COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION STRATEGIC PLAN – INCREASE COMMISSION PRESENCE – VETERANS DAY The Community Services Commission’s Strategic Priorities include increasing the presence of the Commission in the Community. In furtherance of this priority, it is recommended that the Commission participate in Veterans Day.
