1. SURPLUS LAND ACT EXEMPTION FINDINGS FOR VACATION OF A PORTION OF AUTO CENTER DRIVE
The Council is requested to adopt Resolution 25-77 to correct a typographic error in an Assessors Parcel Number in Resolution 25-69. Resolution 25-77 sets forth the required findings pursuant to the Surplus Land Act for the vacation of the 12-foot wide strip of right-of-way around the perimeter of the Auto Center Drive cul-de-sac adjacent to the Tustin Lexus and Tustin Cadillac properties, reducing the curb radius to 40 feet. Pursuant to the Surplus Land Act, Resolution 25-77 would make the necessary findings to declare the conveyed property as exempt surplus land.
