ADOPTION OF TITLE VI IMPLEMENTATION PLAN Staff recommend that the City Council adopt the proposed Title VI Implementation Plan and authorize its submission to the California Department of Transportation. The Title VI Plan is an administrative document required by agencies receiving federal funding. The plan formalizes the City's longstanding commitment to providing equitable access to programs and services consistent with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and continued compliance with federal nondiscrimination requirements, maintaining eligibility for current and future federal transportation funding.
