13. SOUTHWEST TUSTIN RESIDENTIAL PARKING STUDY Southwest Tustin is the City's densest residential neighborhood, and demand for on-street parking far exceeds supply. Building upon the 2022 Residential Parking Action Plan, staff studied the on-street residential parking conditions in the neighborhood and is proposing targeted policies and actions to address on-street parking conditions. On April 28, 2026, the Planning Commission received and filed the Southwest Tustin Parking Study findings and recommendations and provided feedback for the City Council’s deliberation. The report is now being presented to the City Council for its consideration and direction to staff.
