Building upon the 2022 Residential Parking Action Plan, staff studied the on-street residential parking conditions in the neighborhood and is proposing targeted policies and actions to address on-street parking conditions. On April 28, 2026, the Planning Commission received and filed the Southwest Tustin Parking Study findings and recommendations and provided feedback for the City Council’s deliberation.
