CROSS CONNECTION CONTROL Adoption of Cross-Connection Control Ordinance No. 1575 formally establishes regulatory authority, program requirements, and appropriate enforcement mechanisms necessary to protect the City?s potable water system from contamination due to cross-connections and backflow events.
