An addendum to the TLSP 2025 Supplemental Environmental Impact Report has been prepared pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Sections 15164, 15162, and 15168. The addendum concludes that none of the conditions requiring preparation of a subsequent or supplemental Environmental Impact Report (EIR) have occurred, therefore further environmental documentation is not required.
