Recommend the Planning Commission do the following: • Adopt Resolution No. 4542, recommending that the City Council adopt Ordinance No. 1577, approving Specific Plan Amendment 2025-0004 amending the boundary line between Planning Areas 3 and 4 to align with a proposed property line created through the subdivision; and • Adopt Resolution No. 4541, recommending that the City Council approve Tentative Parcel Map 2022-161/Subdivision 2026-0002, subject to the Conditions of Approval.
