The City recently engaged Economic & Planning Systems (EPS) to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the economic vitality of key industrial areas in the City. This study was initiated in response to regionally shifting market demands, including property owner requests to introduce land uses not currently permitted under existing zoning. The analysis presented will include both quantitative and qualitative assessments of these areas to foster discussion.
