That the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. 4538, recommending that the City Council adopt Ordinance No. 1574, amending various sections of Article 9 (Land Use) of the TCC to provide clarity, ensure consistency of terms and definitions, implement General Plan 2021-2029 Housing Element programs, clarify the prohibition of short-term rentals, and ensure compliance with evolving State laws.
