12. AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY POST-RETIREMENT EMPLOYMENT OF ROBERT HERNANDEZ Adoption of the attached Resolution will authorize the City to employ Robert Hernandez as a retired annuitant in the classification of Water Meter Reader sooner than 180 days after his upcoming retirement, pursuant to Government Code sections 7522.56 and 21224.
