10. DECLARATION OF SURPLUS COMPUTER EQUIPMENT The City has accumulated a collection of obsolete and/or damaged equipment, including but not limited to desktop and laptop computers, access points, servers, network equipment, camera equipment, printers, scanners, tablets, and phone devices that are no longer functional or needed for public use.
