12. AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO APPROVE CONTRACT AMENDMENT WITH EXECUTIVE FACILITIES SERVICES, INC. The City Council approved the custodial services contract with Executive Facilities Services, Inc. on June 3, 2025, which includes one (1) full-time day porter dedicated to the Police Department. Following this approval and due to the 24/7 operational needs of the Police Department, staff have identified a need for additional services.
