REQUEST:

A request to establish a zoning designation of Planned Community Industrial (PC-IND) for a vacant remnant parcel, subject to the Irvine Industrial Complex Planned Community District regulations.

RECOMMENDATION:

That the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. 4509 recommending that the City Council adopt Ordinance No. 1557 for ZC 2024-0002 to establish a zoning designation for a remnant parcel to Planned Community Industrial (PC-IND) and subject to the Irvine Complex Planned Community District regulations.
