AWARD CONTRACT FOR THE BARK BARRACKS DOG PARKS AT TUSTIN LEGACY PARK PROJECT, CIP NO. 20091 CIP No. 20091, The Bark Barracks Dog Park at Tustin Legacy Park was publicly advertised and formally bid, with bid openings on April 23, 2024. Thirteen (13) bids were received and Doja, Inc. (“Doja”) was the lowest responsive/responsible bidder.
