ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW:

This project is Categorically Exempt pursuant to Section 15301 (Class 1) of the California Code of Regulations (Guidelines for the California Environmental Quality Act).

RECOMMENDATION:

That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action (ZAA) 23-006 approving CUP 2023-0015 to authorize the sale of beer and wine (Type 41) in conjunction with a restaurant located at 13812 Newport Avenue, Unit 102.
