Adoption of Ordinance No. 1531 approves Zone Change 2022-0001 to change the Zoning District of the subject property from Retail Commercial District (C1) with a Parking Overlay (P) to Multi-Family Residential (R3) to facilitate the development of forty (40), three-story residential units on approximately 2.07 acres located at 17802 and 17842 Irvine Blvd.
