On September 20, 2022, staff received a request for a disability-related reasonable accommodation modification to the City of Tustin's policies, practices, and/or procedures to allow the applicant to establish the proposed CTC pursuant to Section 35.130(b)(7)(i) of Title 28 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Staff is reviewing the request for reasonable accommodation and additional time is needed to complete the City's assessment of the request. Due to the voluminous records submitted, staff is requesting that the item be continued to a date uncertain.
