3. PARKS AND RECREATION ANNUAL REPORT Attached is the Annual Report for January through December 2023.

4. CALIFORNIA PARKS AND RECREATION SOCIETY (CPRS) CONFERENCE REVIEW The 2024 California Parks and Recreation Society (CPRS) Conference and Expo was held in Palm Springs from February 27 – March 1, 2024. Commissioners attended with Parks and Recreation Department staff members on behalf of the city.

5. SPRING EVENT PARTICIPATION The Community Services Commission’s Strategic Priorities include increasing the presence of the Commission in the community. In furtherance of this priority, staff recommends the Community Services Commission discuss and consider options for participation in the annual Easter Celebration and Egg Hunt, Community Yard Sale, and Youth Track Meet events.

6. COMMISSIONER PARK VISIT REPORTS Commissioners will provide a report to the Commission on their park visits as follows: Wesson Camino Real, Centennial, Tustin Sports Kozak Cedar Grove, Heritage, Pioneer Road Nakamoto Columbus Tustin, Peppertree, Pine Tree Marsh Peery Frontier, Veterans Sports, Victory Henderson Citrus Ranch, Laurel Glen, Magnolia Tree, McFadden Pasadena
