3. SPECIAL EVENT REVIEW – TUSTIN TILLER DAYS The Community Services Commission’s Strategic Priorities include recommending improvements to community special events. The Parks and Recreation Department’s most recent event was Tustin Tiller Days.

4. COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION PARTICIPATION AT THE 2023 HALLOWEEN HOWL The Community Services Commission’s Strategic Priorities include increasing the presence of the Commission in the Community. In furtherance of this priority, it is recommended that the Commission participate in the Halloween Howl.

5. COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION PARTICIPATION AT THE 2023 VETERANS DAY CELEBRATION The Community Services Commission’s Strategic Priorities include increasing the presence of the Commission in the community. In furtherance of this priority, the Commission will participate in the Veterans Day Celebration and Car Show.
