8. SPECIAL EVENT REVIEW –BREAKFAST WITH SANTA AND TREE LIGHTING The Community Services Commission’s Strategic Priorities include recommending improvements to community special events. The Parks and Recreation Department’s most recent events were Breakfast with Santa and Tree Lighting.
