7. 2022 SPECIAL EVENT SCHEDULE Staff is providing Committee Members with a schedule of the City-Wide Special Events that will be presented by the Parks and Recreation Department in 2022.

8. SUBMITTALS FOR PIONEER ROAD PARK SEAT WALL MURAL PROJECT – REVIEW AND APPROVE A total of 11 artists responded to the Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit and select artists for the Pioneer Road Park Seat Wall Mural. Each artist has submitted proposed concepts or renderings to be considered for approval by the Public Art Committee. Staff will provide a presentation to the committee of the artist’s submissions.

9. PLANTER BOX ART PROJECT, PHASE 4 At their October 20, 2021, Committee Meeting, the Public Art Committee chose the fourth and final phase of the Planter Box Art Project to be their next public art project. This phase would include a total of City owned three planter boxes, one on El Camino Real and two at the Tustin Area Senior Center.

10. SCULPTURE WALK AT TUSTIN LEGACY LINEAR PARK The Public Art Committee is engaged in the development of a sculpture-based public art project at Tustin Legacy Park.
