This project is Categorically Exempt (Class 2) pursuant to Section 15302 of the California Environmental Quality Act.

RECOMMENDATION:

That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action 21-001 approving CUP 2020-0014 and DR 2020-0014, to authorize demolition of an existing 17,461 square foot hand car wash and replace with a 2,316 square foot automated car wash with 4,654 square foot tunnel, thirty-two (32) parking spaces with vacuums, and four (4) employee parking spaces located at 2762 El Camino Real.
