ENVIRONMENTAL:

This project is Categorically Exempt pursuant to Section 15332 (Class 32) of Title 14, Chapter 3 of the California Code of Regulations (Guidelines for the California Environmental Quality Act) pertaining to in-fill development.

REQUESTS:

1. GPC 2021-0001 to determine that the location, purpose, and extent of the proposed disposition of an approximate 16,790 square-foot (0.385 acre) lot for the development of a seven (7) unit multi-family apartment-style building for short term transitional housing and services for qualified families with children experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.

2. DA 2020-0002 to facilitate the development and conveyance of an approximate 16,790 square foot (0.385 acre) site.
