12. SALARY RESOLUTIONS FOR UNREPRESENTED EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT, MANAGEMENT, SUPERVISORY, CONFIDENTIAL, AND PART-TIME NON-BENEFITTED EMPLOYEES Adoption of the attached Resolutions will authorize terms and conditions of employment for unrepresented Executive Management, Management, Supervisory, and Confidential employees in accordance with City Council direction.

RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE SCHEDULE OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS AND PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS AND SETTING PUBLIC HEARINGS REGARDING THE TRANSITION FROM AT-LARGE TO DISTRICT ELECTIONS Consider revising the schedule of the regular meetings of the Tustin City Council and Planning Commission and setting public hearings regarding the transition from at-large to district elections.
