FISCAL YEAR 2021/22 BUDGET ADOPTION On May 24, 2021, the City Council conducted a budget workshop on the Proposed Biennial Budget and Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 2021/22 and 2022/23. At the end of Fiscal Year 2022/23, General Fund Reserves are projected to remain at or above the City Council's minimum reserve policy.
