Proclamation Recognizing Drowning Prevention Awareness

CLOSED SESSION REPORT - City Attorney David E. Kendig

CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS - All matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion without discussion. Persons wishing to speak regarding Consent Calendar matters should file a “Request to Speak” form with the City Clerk. (Agenda Items 1 through 6)

1. WAIVE READING IN FULL OF ALL ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS ON THE AGENDA

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL HELD ON APRIL 20, 2021 AND THE STRATEGIC PLAN WORKSHOP HELD ON APRIL 14, 2021.

3. RATIFICATION OF PAYROLL AND DEMANDS The City Council has approved the use of Government Code Section 37208 to expedite the payment of City of Tustin obligations that are in accordance with the approved budget or continued operations authorizations.

4. SET DATE AND TIME FOR FISCAL YEAR 2021-2023 BIENNIAL BUDGET WORKSHOP Staff suggests that the City Council schedule a Budget Workshop for Monday, May 24, 2021 at 4:15 p.m. The draft budget will be submitted to the City Council prior to the budget workshop.

5. NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE 15171 DEL AMO ROOF REPAIR PROJECT (CIP No. 10032) Construction for the 15171 Del Amo Roof Repair Project (CIP No. 10032) has been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer and is now ready for City Council acceptance.

6. QUARTERLY INVESTMENT REPORT FOR THE CITY OF TUSTIN AND THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY FOR THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY Government Code Section 53646 requires that the Treasurer make an Investment Report to the City Council at least quarterly showing balances by authorized investment and certifying its compliance with the adopted Investment Policy.
