4. OLD TOWN ART WALK PLANTER BOX PUBLIC ART PROJECT The Public Art Commission will review designs provided by students at the Orange County School of the Arts for repainting two of the planter boxes in Old Town Tustin in association with the Art Walk event on October 18, 2025.
