ENVIRONMENTAL:

This project is categorically exempt pursuant to Section 15301(e) of the California Code of Regulations (Guidelines for California Environmental Quality Act).

REQUEST:

Reversal of the approval of Temporary Use Permit (TUP) 2020-0077 for extended outdoor dining related to the COVID-19 pandemic in the rear parking lot.

RECOMMENDATION:
